Kathryn Longell Miller was born and raised in Lutz, Florida with her twin sister and parents. After graduating from Gaither High School she proceeded to get her bachelors degree from Florida State University where she double majored. Her first major was in finance and after she took her first Real Estate course she quickly realized that this was a field she wanted to further pursue. After obtaining her undergraduate degree she proceeded to obtain her mortgage brokers license and her Real Estate license. She started working for David Weekley Homes in 2004. Her first year there was spent soaking up the knowledge of products and materials that go into designing a home in the design center. The next 7 years were spent developing strong marketing skills, learning to analyze the needs of customers, and focusing on maintaining strong relationships through excellent customer service. Kathryn completed her MBA through Saint Leo University by December of 2010. She is excited to use her education, experience, and passion for Real Estate to help you with all of your Real Estate needs.
Beth Sumner Finlay was born and raised in San Antonio, Florida. Beth attended the University of South Florida where she obtained her degree in Public Relations with a minor in Marketing. She is dedicated and committed to her family and her work. Beth is the proud mother to two wonderful Children, Sumner, 3 and Bryson, 1. Beth was first introduced to Real Estate when her husband, Tye, started working for a builder in the area. She soon realized this was a field she wanted to be a part of too. Beth started working for David Weekley Homes in 2004 where she has spent the past 8 years learning the ins and outs of the Real Estate market and great customer service. Beth was also involved with David Weekley Homes™ leadership development program where she learned valuable management and leadership skills. She also obtained her MBA through Saint Leo University. Beth looks forward to using this
